The art of composition
1234567890 is a typographic study on numbers. The goal here is to improve my ability to compose coherently from different characters. I'm using symmetry to get around the constraints. It allows me to balance the whole composition very precisely. I started with a sketch, then vectorized it. I finally used 3D to complete the study.
The process matters
The final result is often just the tip of the iceberg. This project is a perfect example. It’s based on a long development phase, characterized by numerous sketches and experiments. These allow me to define a more precise artistic direction in terms of dynamics, style and composition.
