Scottish artist Soom T leaves Wagram and starts a new collaboration with the French label Strong Foundation. The Born Again album marks a turning point in the singer's career. This record shows all the extent of her talent as well as all the inspiration that shaped her work.

Concept

Farshad Emam, project producer, presents me with a very open brief, consistent with the various sounds of the album. Reggae, soul, hip-hop, traditional music; there is no lack of visual inspiration. A clear artistic direction started to emerge at first listening.

Production

I strive to represent both the album itself and its role in the evolution of Soom T. Born Again sounds like a rebirth for the artist. I work on a visual depicting a virgin, immaculate territory, as an allegory for this new adventure. The solar rendering creates a spiritual atmosphere, as if to illustrate this mystical feeling that stays within us throughout the whole album.
